VEENTAGE BAND, with its brand of assorted, pulsating musical genres, has for several years been bringing joy and merriment  to the world of entertainment and to individual and group enthusiasts in Lagos, the rest of Nigeria and the world.

Since its founding on August 3, 2013, the band has grown in leaps and bounds performing at festivals, private parties, corporate functions, weddings, listening rooms and high profile events within and outside of the country.

Acclaimed as “Exponents of Africa’s happiest music,” VEENTAGE Band’s music has its roots in an exotic medley of afrobeats, world music, afro-pop, hip-hop, hip-life, reggae, dancehall, African blues, Soukous, old-time, avant-garde varieties and, indeed, a perfect blend of the best of music to have originated from Nigeria or adapted with a touch of the African originality that only Nigeria can provide.

The watchword for our band as we prepare for each and every show is: IT MUST BE FUN FOR THE CLIENT AND AUDIENCE. As our leader would boldly say, “VEENTAGE stands for excellence.
